Eurotiales

(Plectascales, Aspergillales) An order of the *Plectomycetes containing about 150 species (80 genera) of various moulds (e.g. Eurotium) that show a perfect stage. Their imperfect stages resemble those of certain members of the *Hyphomycetales. Asci are produced by *crozier formation.
