Eumycota

(Mycobionta) The division containing the true fungi, which differ from the *Myxomycota in having a mycelial (or occasionally unicellular) thallus. It contains the subdivisions *Mastigomycotina , *Zygomycotina , *Ascomycotina , *Basidiomycotina, and *Deuteromycotina.
